I love the convenience of single packs because I travel a ton. These really make it easy! The flavor is excellent but very sweet if you only use 8oz of water, so I recommend at least 12oz or 20oz. I absolutely love creatine and the extra ingredients in this product make it even better and I can truly feel the difference.
