NuLifeSpan Recurring Billing Agreement
NuLifeSpan Subscription Service
By opting into our subscription service, you agree to the following terms and conditions regarding our recurring billing process.
1. Subscription Enrollment and Authorization:
When you enroll in a NuLifeSpan subscription, you authorize us to charge your provided payment method automatically. The amount billed will correspond to the product(s) you have selected under your subscription plan.
2. Billing Cycle:
Your initial order will be billed immediately upon subscription enrollment. Subsequent charges will occur on a recurring basis according to your selected frequency (e.g., monthly, quarterly). You will be billed on the same date each cycle, corresponding to the initial subscription date, unless otherwise communicated or adjusted.
3. Payment Method and Information:
You agree to maintain valid and up-to-date payment information in your NuLifeSpan account. If any charge is not successfully settled due to expiration, insufficient funds, or other reasons, we may suspend your subscription until the payment issue is resolved.
4. Price Adjustments:
NuLifeSpan reserves the right to adjust pricing for our products or subscription service. Any price adjustments will be communicated to you at least 30 days in advance, and the adjusted price will apply to your subscription upon your next billing cycle following the notice.
5. Subscription Modifications or Cancellation:
You have the flexibility to modify or cancel your subscription at any time. Modifications can include changing the frequency of delivery or the type of products received. To cancel or modify your subscription, you must do so through your online account or contact our customer service at least 48 hours before your next scheduled billing date.
6. Automatic Renewal:
Your subscription will automatically renew under the same conditions unless you cancel it or NuLifeSpan discontinues the subscription service.
7. Refunds and Returns:
Subscription charges are non-refundable, except in cases of proven product defect or shipment errors. Any requests for refunds or returns must comply with our standard Refund and Return Policy.
You will receive an email notification confirming each of your subscription orders, as well as any modifications or cancellations of your subscription.
9. Agreement Changes:
NuLifeSpan reserves the right to modify this agreement at any time. Changes will be communicated to you and will be effective immediately, unless stated otherwise.
